The Department offers B.Tech. (Engineering Physics), M.Sc. (Physics), and Ph.D. programmes, providing students with a broad range of specializations, elective courses, and research opportunities. It also contributes to the B.Tech. First-Year curriculum by offering foundational courses in Classical Mechanics and Modern Physics. The B.Tech. (Engineering Physics) programme further provides opportunities for advanced learning through the B.Tech. (Honors) in Advanced Materials Physics and the B.Tech. (Minor) in Quantum Technology. In addition, the Department offers specialized open elective courses and Research Methodology courses to strengthen interdisciplinary learning and research skills.
